Selqorix s. r. o. (the “Selqorix”) respects your right to data protection. This document describes which data we process, for what purpose and what your rights are under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of GDPR is Selqorix s. r. o., Mlynské Nivy 5, 821 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 55 482 731, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section: Sro, file no. 174 902/B.
2. What data we process
We process name, email, phone number, IP address, device data and any data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter or creating an investor account.
3. Purpose of processing
We process data to provide crowdfunding services, fulfil contractual and legal obligations (including AML), send marketing communications and analyse website traffic.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest, and — for marketing — your explicit consent which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Retention period
We keep data for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the period required to comply with legal obligations (especially accounting and AML), typically up to 10 years.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object. Complaints can be filed with the Slovak Data Protection Authority, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
