These terms govern the use of the platform selqorix.com operated by Selqorix s. r. o., registered office Mlynské Nivy 5, 821 09 Bratislava, Company ID 55 482 731.
1. Subject of the terms
Selqorix operates a crowdfunding platform within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503. The platform provides investors access to real estate projects in the Slovak Republic.
2. Investor account
To invest you must register, complete identification (KYC/AML) and accept the key investment information of each project.
3. Risks
Investing involves the risk of partial or complete loss of capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Read the project documentation carefully before investing.
4. Fees
Fees for the use of the platform are published in the fee schedule effective from 1 January 2026 and are deducted from the proceeds upon completion of the project.
5. Liability
Selqorix is responsible for operating the platform under licence no. 250423/2024 issued by the National Bank of Slovakia. Selqorix is not responsible for the economic outcome of individual projects.
6. Dispute resolution
Disputes are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The competent court is the Bratislava III City Court. Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection.
